Kevin Allen wrote and filmed La Cha Cha in Wales during lockdown, using his Mobile Film Studio as the main location and inspiration for the story. It was also ideal for the cast and crew to isolate for the duration of the production. Bringing back the entire cast of the cult classic Twin Town<\/b> for this \u2018companion piece\u2019 and adding a few young rising stars and a few legendary Welsh cameos, the film weaves real musical performances through a number of scenes, combined with the original soundtrack by Mark Thomas. La Cha Cha is a counterculture, romantic comedy about community, love and not going gently into that good night.<\/p>\n

SYNOPSIS
\n<\/strong>Based on true events, BUMS ON SEATS is a gripping David and Goliath comedy set in the world of British professional wrestling during the 1980\u2019s.<\/p>\n

Despite its fifteen million viewers, ITV were plotting to replace the regular Saturday sports broadcast show with Formula One, Snooker and more Football – and a massive deal with American wrestling to replace the British fighters who have been entertaining their fanatic followers whilst earning a pittance for putting their bodies on the line, week after week. However, as his wrestling days draw to a tragic close, Andy \u2018Strong-Arm\u2019 Turner and his three best mates battle the odds to come up with a lucrative retirement package of their own.<\/p>\n
